We joyfully welcome Jakob Bobson!
My new sourdough starter has been born. Jakob’s father is Bob, Christina’s starter. I brought him home from the hospital this afternoon,
fed him,
and how he’s resting in the fridge. He has a lot of growing to do before he can become bread!
I just wanted to share this wonderful news with everyone, but now it’s time to get back to work! Focus!

I was very lucky to be able to get some from Christina. The hardest part was getting things going. If you’re ever in the city, maybe Christina or I would have extra to pass on to you.
